By (Mary’s) Assumption we see God’s plan for the human family and we see our own personal destinies. We see that we are not born to die, but to live. We are born to be God’s beloved children. We are born to be raised to eternal life. We are born, as we confess in the Creed, for the resurrection of the body and life everlasting.
